Refund policy

We have a 6 day return policy, which means you have 6 days within the order shipment date to make an exchange/return. We only give store credit, return/ exchange can only be made once. Store Credit is valid for a year. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unaltered  or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items with stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

To start a return, you can contact us at gracemariestudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are not responsible for the return mail cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, white clothing items, everything that contains glitter sequins is final sale. Hair accessories, hats, earrings, necklaces, belts, bags, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),bodysuits, basic tops, underwear (such as silicone cups, pasties, fashion tape, bra, girdle). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

NO REFUNDS/ NO EXCEPTIONS- We only give store credit, return/exchange can only be made once. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 

Exchanges
